Below 8 years, 4 gm per day (2 gm morning and 2 gm evening)

Above 100 Kg Body weight, 12 gm per day (6 gm morning and 6 gm evening)
Directions of Use:
Mix the specified quantity of INSULICKS powder with 200ml hot water or hot milk. Stir it properly and as it gets cold, drink it 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner.
Drink 2 glass of butter milk daily after an hour of having breakfast.
Note: Kindly do 2 minutes exercise as shown in the above figure daily
